Properties of Merit™ Programs cannot exist without the generous support of corporate sponsors, individuals and charitable foundation from the nation, state and individual regions and communities it serves.

Get Involved
The Properties of Merit™ Program offers a variety of ways to support its efforts:

• Sponsors and Underwriters – Cash contributions help fund the good work of the overall POM ™ organization and help underwrite the costs of POM ™ Programs in local communities. Currently, as we expand to be able to assist all communities requesting our support, financial underwriting is especially critical to our long term success. Corporate investment, individual donations and foundation grants all are welcome.
• Resource Providers – In-kind assistance to provide the supplies and goods needed to operate POM ™ programs is essential. Printing, signs, decorative flowers and balloons, perennials and trees are a few of the in-kind donations that can make a significant difference to our POM ™ programs.
• Volunteers - Volunteers from your business or organization can help with POM ™ Service Corps neighborhood cleanups and tree plantings, help evaluate properties for local POM ™ Awards Programs among other contributions.
• Mentors – POM ™ Construction Companies are looking for corporations in POM ™ communities to help run the POM ™ Construction Companies inside schools working with and mentoring students as they renovate their buildings and grounds. Put your knowledge and expertise to work and help young people develop skills and satisfaction in work well done.

• Marketing – Your firm, individual and organization name can be prominently linked with all POM ™ marketing materials and communications in the local community, regionally, statewide and nationally.
• Tax Deduction – POM ™ is a 501 c 3 non-profit organization Registered with the PA Bureau of Charitable Organizations. Your contribution is tax deductible (consult your tax advisor for details).
